Perhaps the best option is treasures of Nadia which has well executed sandbox gameplay, very high quality IMO and regularly updated, sure it's in RPGM but it really doesn't hold it back, it's not a purely incest game but there is incest content to be had both with the players family and a mother daughter duo.

I can't seem to find exactly when 0.6d was released, but it would have been in either late October or November 2019. It simply included a handful of animations that ICSTOR promised to put in 0.6d but didn't. I looked into this a little bit more since at this point this train wreck goes back to before I knew this place existed and I was curious. Before that, the prior update (version 0.6e) was released in December 2019. The micro update was just to get the "Abandoned" tag taken off.
